6 Day Tour
DAY 1 CORNWALL • SUDBURY.
Tour departs Cornwall for Sudbury, home of the nickel mines and our
first night stay.(L, D)
DAY 2 SUDBURY • SAULT STE MARIE. Our first stop
of the day will be a most interesting visit to Big Nickel Mine. This
afternoon we follow the shoreline of the North Channel of Georgian Bay
to Sault Ste. Marie for a two night stay. The rustic landscape of the
Ontario Northland arrayed in beautiful fall colours, is truly a scenic
feast.
DAY 3 It’s an early start today and we’ll have
breakfast and lunch on board the Agawa Train as we travel deep into
the heart of the Northern Ontario Wilderness. The prettiest drive east
of the Canadian Rockies awaits us today.(B, L)
DAY 4 SAULT STE MARIE • GAYLORD, MICHIGAN. We
cross into the U.S. this morning and take the world’s longest
suspension bridge at St. Ignace. A twenty minute boat ride takes us
across to Mackinac Island, a place called “Fairyland from out of the
past.” The island is devoid of motor vehicles so enjoy your step back
in time. A buggy ride awaits us at dock side to give us a grand tour
of the island.
DAY 5 GAYLORD • FRANKENMUTH • SARNIA. You’ll
think you’ve crossed the ocean today. Why? Because Frankenmuth is
dubbed “Little Bavaria”. We’ll visit the famous Bronner’s Christmas
Store with over 100 Christmas trees decorated and on display. If
Bronner’s doesn't have it, then it hasn’t been made yet. We’ll
overnight in Sarnia tonight.(B, L)

DAY 6 SARNIA -CORNWALL. We’ll stop
in Toronto area today for lunch with expected time of arrival back in
Cornwall to be approximately 6:30 PM.(B)

3 Day Tour
The turning of the leaves in our Canadian fall,
makes for a delightful time to go for a drive. The landscapes
clothed in rust, gold, red and green as we drive north in the
Ottawa Valley are exquisite. We’ll spend a day aboard the Dream
Catcher Express, a fall colour train which features a dome car,
professional entertainers and a licensed snack car. It travels
100 km northward from North Bay to Temagami, and returns on the
same day. A number of unique experiences are available in
Temagami, and we have included a trip to visit Temagami’s fire
tower and scenic lookout, as well as an aboriginal culture tour
with lunch included. You’ll have time to look about Temagami and
will not want to miss the Heritage Train Station. We’ll visit
the Dion Quintuplet Museum, and devote our last day to discovery
in Algonquin Park.
DAY 1 CORNWALL • NORTH BAY. We’ll enjoy
lunch at Mattawa today before arriving at the Dion Quintuplet
Museum in North Bay for a tour. The beautiful Clarion Resort
will be your home for the next two nights.(D, L)
DAY 2 NORTH BAY • TEMAGAMI. Following
breakfast this morning, we arrive at the train station in North
Bay in lots of time for each person to be presented with
information packets prior to boarding the train. For anyone with
some mobility problems, a golf cart is available for
transportation to and from the scenic lookout and fire tower in
Temagami. This promises to be a very special day. Tonight we
will dine at the Clarion.(B, L, D)
DAY 3 NORTH BAY • ALGONQUIN PARK • CORNWALL.
The parkway corridor of Algonquin Park will be our focus
today as we enter the park at the west gate. We’ll plan for a
brief walk, and an extended stop at km 43 Visitor Centre where
we’ll see outstanding exhibits on Algonquin’s natural and human
history. A video presentation in the theatre eloquently captures
the story and visual wonders of the park. Viewing decks look out
over the spectacular landscape. You’ll have time to visit the
bookstore and we’ll also have lunch here before leaving. Our
next stop will be at km 54 for the Logging Museum. There are
four important exhibits representing this important historical
industry. All in all, it will be a very interesting day.(B) |

2 Day Tour
Vineyards of the Eastern Townships of Quebec have
been developed over many years and now Cranberry growing has become
a viable farm operation as well. We invite you to join us for this
two day tour as we enjoy visiting and wine sampling on the
picturesque shores of Lake Memphremagog. We’ll also do a guided tour
at a local cranberry marsh to learn about the fascinating process of
growing, maintaining and harvesting this medicinal fruit. This trip
would not be complete without a visit to the Benoit Abbey at
Saint-Benoit-du-Lac. We’ll stay at Estrimont Suites and Spa in

6 day tour
The coastal location of this tour destination, makes
it a virtual playground for adventures. A string of sandy barrier
islands that bow out into the Atlantic Ocean, yet cup the shoreline,
are filled with adventure, art, wonderful dining spots, and history.
There is a well-kept balance of solitude and activity, weaving the
past and present together, and it can be yours to discover in this
tour.
DAY 1 CORNWALL • PHILADELPHIA. Our first day
will find us crossing the border in the 1000 Islands and having lunch
in the Syracuse area. It will be a beautiful drive through the
colourful mountain regions of upper Pennsylvania this afternoon as we
head southeast to an urban area of Philadelphia for our over night.
DAY 2 PHILADELPHIA • KILL DEVIL HILLS, NC.
We’ll make a stop at the welcome centre in Kitty Hawk and the
Currituck Beach Lighthouse in Corolla this afternoon before arriving
at our destination in the Outer Banks, Kill Devil Hills, for our three
night stay at the Ramada Plaza Oceanfront. Look forward to sampling
bounty from the sea as well as southern style ribs tonight.(B, D)
DAY 3 This morning we’ll visit the Wright Brothers
Memorial and Museum to learn about their first flight. You’ll see a
full-scale reproduction of the Wright 1903 Powered Flyer plus
interpretive presentations and special exhibits. We’ll spend time in
the Town of Manteo, home to the Lost Colony, visit Festival Park
Museum to learn more of NC history and legends, and see the film “The
Legend of Two Path”. We’ll also tour the sailing ship Elizabeth II, a
replica of the ship that the first colonists arrived in from England.
Tonight it is show time with the Outer Banks Music Showcase.(B, D)
DAY 4 This morning we depart for Cape Hatteras
National Seashore, stopping at both Bodie Island Lighthouse and Cape
Hatteras Lighthouse, tallest brick lighthouse in North America. We’ll
board the ferry for Ocracocke Island, pearl of the Outer Banks and
lair of Blackbeard! Lunch at Captain Ben’s, a favourite local eatery.
This fishing village boasts a population of about 750 permanent
residents and many of the older homes here were built with the lumber
salvaged from ships that wrecked in storm tossed seas. The Ocracoke
Lighthouse is the oldest on the Outer Banks and the awesome beach has
been voted one of the top ten beaches in America.(B, L) |
DAY 5 KILL DEVIL HILLS, OUTER BANKS • LANCASTER
COUNTY, PA. We leave this charming spot and head north today. This
afternoon we’ll explore a little of the countryside where the Amish
and Mennonite of Pennsylvania make their homes. Enjoy farm style
Mennonite cooking tonight over dinner.(B, D)
DAY 6 LANCASTER, PA. • CORNWALL. Tour will stop
at duty free before crossing the border into Canada this afternoon.(B)

7 Day Tour
Allow us to show you this beautiful jewel of a
province known as ‘Abeqweit’ meaning ‘Cradled on the Waves’. This
simple little island’s beauty is a patchwork quilt of nature’s colour.
The variation of greens banked by the red soil is a pretty sight to
behold. You will not want to leave this tranquil setting. PEI may be
little in size, but it has played a big role in what Canada has become
today.
DAY 1 CORNWALL • GRAND FALLS, NB. Our first day
will take us east through the Province of Québec and into New
Brunswick for our first overnight.
DAY 2 GRAND FALLS • SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. Our
journey today takes us along the beautiful St. John River, following
the upper and lower valley. En route we visit the deepest gorge east
of Niagara Falls, taking time for photos. Hartland will be our next
stop at the Longest Covered Bridge in the world with lunch in the
Fredericton area. This afternoon we visit the Magnetic Hill in Moncton
and then make our way across the Confederation Bridge to the island
called the “Garden of the Gulf” and our home for the next four
nights.(B)
DAY 3 Today will begin with a great breakfast at the
Loyalist. We’ll board our coach and begin touring Summerside with our
local guide. The day will be full with visits to Indian River, Anne of
Green Gables Museum at Park Corner, Kensington, Long River, a great
photo stop at Hosteddar’s View Scape on the French River, visits to
Green Gables House and National Park, and a final stop at the fishing
wharf in North Rustico before returning to Summerside.(B)
DAY 4 This morning we are going to Visit the Acadian
Museum in Miscouche, and the Potato Museum in O’Leary. This afternoon
we’ll drive to North Cape to observe the reef and visit The Wind Test
Site Interpretive Centre.(B)
DAY 5 This morning we’ll travel to the capital City of
Charlottetown for a brief city tour and a visit to Province House.
Live our Nation’s History from 1864 to present day through
state-of-the-art displays, multimedia and new technology. Enjoy some
free time over lunch for shopping and exploring in downtown
Charlottetown. We’ll wind up the day with a visit to The Prince Edward
Island Preserve Co., in New Glasgow followed by a scrumptious Lobster
Supper before returning to our Hotel.(B, D)
DAY 6 SUMMERSIDE • RIMOUSKI, QUÉBEC. We must
bid the island adieu this morning. You’ll have one more good view of
the Confederation Bridge. We travel North though the province of New
Brunswick, making our way into the Gaspe Peninsula and the lovely
Matapedia Valley. Our destination today is Rimouski, on the shores of
the St. Lawrence.(B) |
DAY 7 RIMOUSKI • CORNWALL. It’s a relaxing
drive this morning along the south shore of the St. Lawrence River to
Quebec City. Lunch will be in the Old city allowing you time for
shopping. Tour arrives back in Cornwall approximately 6:30 p.m.(B)
